To complete this process PhotoFrame Manager must have access to the internet so that it can contact the PhotoFrame Manager web site. Please make sure that any firewall, proxy server, anti-virus or other security software does not block PhotoFrame Manager's internet access.

User Name - Enter the user name for your PhotoFrame Manager account. This is NOT case-sensitive.

Old Password - Enter your existing password. This is case sensitive.

New Password - Enter your new password. This is case sensitive. To help ensure security of your account, the password must be at least a certain length and must meet the complexity requirements set out in the dialog box. It is also strongly recommended that you avoid just using words that may be found in the dictionary, names (yours, family or pets etc.), dates of birth, addresses or other personal details.

Repeat - Enter your new password again exactly as before. This is case sensitive. This helps to ensure that you haven't made any typing errors.

Change Password - Click the button to change your password. A message box will pop up to confirm whether the change was successful and to remind you to keep your password secure. Otherwise, check that the details you entered were correct and try again.

NOTE : To use your account you will need to remember the account name and password and, for certain processes, will require access to the e-mail account associated with it. If you forget your password, you can reset it here to get a new password sent to your e-mail address. If you need to change the e-mail address associated with your account you can do so here. If you forget which e-mail address is associated with the account, you can retrieve the details here. If all else fails and you have forgotten both your password and the e-mail address then click here to go to the TenScope Limited web site, go to the contact page and send us a message to explain the position. For security reasons, we do not promise to be able to help and may require additional details from you but will consider whether it is appropriate to reset your account details.
