If you forget which e-mail address is associated with the account, you can retrieve the details here. If all else fails and you have forgotten both your password and the e-mail address then click here to go to the TenScope Limited web site, go to the contact page and send us a message to explain the position. For security reasons, we do not promise to be able to help and may require additional details from you but will consider whether it is appropriate to reset your account details.
