PhotoFrame Manager - Menus - File Menu

The File Menu contains the following commands. Commands which are not currently available are greyed out.

New - Shortcut Ctrl+N - Create a new PhotoCollection Document.

Open - Shortcut Ctrl+O - Open an existing PhotoCollection Document. This opens a normal File Open dialog box.

Close - Shortcut Ctrl+C - Close the current PhotoCollection Document. If there are any unsaved changes, you will be prompted to decide whether you wish to proceed / whether you wish to save them.

Close All - Close all open PhotoCollection Documents. If there are any unsaved changes in any of the PhotoCollection Documents, you will be prompted to decide whether you wish to proceed / whether you wish to save them.

Save - Shortcut Ctrl+S - Save the current PhotoCollection Document. If the PhotoCollection Document has not yet been saved, this does the same as File Save As.

Save As - Shortcut Ctrl+A - Save the current PhotoCollection Document with a new name or in a new location. This opens a normal File Save As dialog box.

Save All - Save all open PhotoCollection Documents.

Exit - Shortcut Ctrl+X or Alt+F4 - Quit PhotoFrame Manager. If there are any unsaved changes in any of the PhotoCollection Documents, you will be prompted to decide whether you wish to proceed / whether you wish to save them.

Recent Files - Shortcut Ctrl+1 to Ctrl+9 - Open a recently used PhotoCollection Document.
