To complete this procedure PhotoFrame Manager must have access to the internet so that it can contact the PhotoFrame Manager web site. Please make sure that any firewall, proxy server, anti-virus or other security software does not block PhotoFrame Manager's internet access.
This dialog box will appear automatically when you run PhotoFrame Manager if there is no license for PhotoFrame Manager activated on the machine or if PhotoFrame Manager needs you to reactivate the license. If it appears, you must either complete the activation procedure (which requires you to have purchased sufficient licenses from the PhotoFrame Manager web site for the number of machines on which you are running PhotoFrame Manager) or PhotoFrame Manager will not run.

A message box will pop up to confirm whether this succeeded. If so, go on to Stage 2. Otherwise, check that the details you entered were correct, that you have purchased sufficient licenses for the number of machines on which you want to use PhotoFrame Manager and try again.
After stage 1 is completed, an e-mail will be sent to the address associated with your PhotoFrame Manager account including details of a license authorisation code.
