Go to:
Fitting the Selection to the Photo Frame

This is where you choose which part of the selected photo to display in your photo frame.
Click - Anywhere in the photo to activate the control.
Scroll - With the scroll bars (horizontal and vertical) to move around your photo.
Zoom - In and out by rolling your mouse wheel.
Drag - the small, black, square Handles to change the part of the photo selected. The part you have selected is shown clearly. The part that is dimmed / greyed will be cropped from the photo and will not be displayed in your photo frame.
Centre Handle - Moves the whole selection without resizing it.
Corner Handles - 4 - Move the corners of the selection. If you have ticked the Constrain Aspect Ratio to Fit Frame box in the Selected Photo Pane, the Handles may not follow your mouse exactly as they are constrained to ensure that the selection is the right shape to fit your photo frame.
Side Handles - 4 - Move the sides of the selection. These are not visible if you have ticked the Constrain Aspect Ratio to Fit Frame box in the Selected Photo Pane as the constraint means that it is then not possible to change just one side of the selection.
If you have ticked the Constrain Aspect Ratio to Fit Frame box in the Selected Photo Pane, the selection from the photo will be forced to be the right shape to fit the photo frame.
If you have not ticked the Constrain Aspect Ratio to Fit Frame box in the Selected Photo Pane, the selection from the photo may be any shape.
If you have ticked the Stretch to Fit Frame box in the Selected Photo Pane, the selection will, if necessary, be stretched to fill the frame.
If you have not ticked the Stretch to Fit Frame box in the Selected Photo Pane, the extra space will, if necessary, be filled with the Background Colour chosen in the Selected Photo Pane.
